5pm-Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (XBOX 360)
7pm-Soul Calibur V (PlayStation 3 and/or XBOX 360)

$8 cover, $5 entry per game (all payouts 70/20/10 split)
Bonus money for each pot: If more than 20 people enter ANY of the tournaments, $50 extra will be thrown in to the pot for each!

King of Fighters XIII signups start at TWELVE NOON. If you’re bringing equipment, I need you here earlier. Tournament should start at 12:30(approximately). We will stay on schedule as much as possible. I need every participant at the scene directly at 11:55. Venue opens up at 10. Closes at 9. PLEASE be on time. I will consider starting without you if you are late unless I am informed ahead of time.
Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 signups are 5pm, will start at 5:15pm, and holds to the same time restrictions imposed above. I will start without you.

- Hosting on Xbox360
- Top placers of the month will be seeded into next month’s brackets.
- If you have a wireless controller it has to have a sync cable attached throughout the whole set and you must be pull the battery after the set is finished. Other TO’s will DQ you for this.

King of Fighters XIII
- Button Config at the character select screen, please.
- If you pause or accidentally dashboard an already started match, you forfeit the match.
- Regular matches are best 2 out of 3.
- Losers, Winners, and Grand Finals are best 3 out of 5.
- Brackets are double elimination
- 60 seconds
- Loser of a match may change characters, Winner may change only Order.

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3
- If you pause or dashboard an already started match, you forfeit the match.
- First to 2 wins for regular match ups
- First to 3 wins for all finals games (losers, winners, grand)
- Double elimination so don’t get emo if you lose once.
- Time limit will be at 99.
- Winner of a match must retain their characters and assist types. Loser may opt to switch.

Out and to the right is whatever food you can handle. Group vote to raid IHOP or Steak N’ Shake afterward. If you bring food or drink in the venue, please throw it away when you’re done.

Game Galaxy will be at the GMX Expo Oct 21-23 in downtown Nashville! 9 games will be on Free Play and there will be lots of consoles and games to buy from us! We will have our own arcade room there, with many classic games for play!

Saturday at the GMX Expo we will be having a free single elimination tournament for AE, locked to the first 32 people to sign up. We will be giving away things for prizes, if you are coming to the convention, please come hit us up at our booth and let us know you’re down for playing! Also, We will be having a special event that evening from 7-9pm, called “Beat the local champion in Mortal Kombat II, win cash” (catchy ain’t it), $1 gets you 5 chances to beat him in a 2/3 match, if you can win only one match, you take home $10. Just a little information about our little Retro Museum FINALLY opening…this is in addition to the 120 game arcade that already is open in the mall; this is a once a month museum $10 free play free-for all!

Game Galaxy Arcade has decided to open up its retro arcade museum in space #2075 at Hickory Hollow Mall one Saturday of each month in 2011. The grand opening of the museum will be Saturday, Oct 29. Hours of operation will be from 10am to 9pm. Future dates will be Saturday, November 26, and Saturday December 17. If there is enough interest, the Retro Arcade Museum will be open the last Saturday of each month in 2012 but only if we get your support! With a $10 admission fee the 50+ retro arcade and pinball machines are for everyone’s enjoyment all on Free Play! The $10 cover charge also allows you entry into the many fighting game console tournaments that will be going on simultaneously in games such as Blazblue Continuum Shift, Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition, the Super Smash Bros series, and many, many more!

It is important that new generations recognize the history of coin-operated entertainment and with this special event each month, you will have the opportunity to play various arcade rarities such as Zwackery, I, Robot, and Journey, alongside tried and true classics such as Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, and Donkey Kong. Game Galaxy Arcade in Antioch now has the new Tron: Legacy pinball available for play! .50 cents is all that stands between you and this incredible pinball, filled with all the sights and sounds from the movie! We are proud to be the ONLY place in the state of Tennessee to have this game available to the public to play. Come and check us out!!!

Our last arcade party at the Rivergate location will be this Saturday, it will be a $10 cover at the door and every game in the store (Arcade and Pinball) will be on free play for the entire night. The event will start at 6pm and last until 12:30am. You can bring alcohol if you like, but it must be in an unrecognizable container just like last time.

We will also be having a SSF4AE tournament that night at 10pm, $3 entry and $2 cover for JUST the tournament, and it will be WINNER TAKE ALL! If you want to come out and only play in the tournament and NOT play the arcade games, you will not need to pay the $10 for the arcade game play, just the cover and entry specific to the tournament. Please come out if you can at all and hundred-hand slap someone for the last time in Rivergate with us!
